KNOW THAT YOU’RE IN THE BEST OF HANDS HERE

Fender benders happen – and so do more serious crashes, of course. Every driver should know what to do in case it happens to them. This page provides some quick information on the steps to take after you’ve taken care of everything that’s immediately necessary after a collision, such as contacting the police and getting medical attention for anyone who needs it. We want to reassure you that the entire staff at Balise Collision Repair is here for you, through every step of the process.

PREPARING FOR REPAIR

When your vehicle is damaged in a crash, you’ll need to contact your auto insurance company to let them know. Next, you should get the vehicle to the nearest Balise Collision Center, where our experienced technicians will thoroughly evaluate it for damage. While body damage will mostly be obvious, there could be a quite a bit of hidden damage that can only be found when the repair technicians take it apart. With more severe impact, the vehicle’s frame may be bent, and there could be mechanical damage. We’ll check it all and prepare a complete and detailed work order including everything related to the collision that must be repaired. Your insurance company, in the meantime, will arrange to send an adjuster to see the damaged vehicle. Next, we’ll schedule the repair work and let you know when you can expect to get your vehicle back in pre-collision condition.

THE REPAIR WORK

We take pride in returning each client’s vehicle to pre-accident condition, meeting or exceeding each vehicle manufacturer’s standards for repair. Every detail matters, and we guarantee that the repairs will be undetectable and the new paint color will match the original.

Auto body repair and repainting takes a few days, and although delays are unusual, we’ll let you know right away if we need to adjust your vehicle return date. Our friendly staff will also help you manage your car rental, payments, and pickup of your repaired vehicle. Balise Collision Repair is always on your side!

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS NUMBER ONE

The final step before we return your repaired vehicle to you is an in-depth inspection on the work that was done, to ensure that our supervising technicians are satisfied with the job. When you come in to get your vehicle, we’ll walk you through everything we did, giving you the chance to ask any questions. The job’s not done until you feel comfortable that your vehicle is ready and you approve of the work we’ve done.

All of our repair work (repair of metal and plastic areas, structural work/welding, dent repair, and painting) comes with the Balise Lifetime Warranty Certificate, which guarantees the work under normal driving conditions for as long as you own the vehicle. Any parts used in the repair work fall under the individual manufacturer’s warranty.

We greatly appreciate your choice to work with us at Balise Collision Repair. Your peace of mind and satisfaction are most important to us. We know that anything collision-related can be stressful, and it’s our goal to make the process as pleasant as possible for you.
